Interviewing

For an increasing number of people it is important to obtain relevant information within a professional context. This applies to the external auditor who needs to monitor processes and uncover irregularities, the personnel manager who needs to carry out job interviews, the auditor in the area of forensics as well as the engineer who needs to question those involved in a workplace accident in order to investigate its causes.

As relevant research results show, our everyday communication is not fully suited to obtain a maximum of information in such situations. As part of our long-standing experience as police and criminal psychologists and as trainers in the area of interviewing, we draw from a pool of practical experience which is unique in the German-speaking community. On this basis we have developed specific interviewing modules that are tailored to the needs of specific interview settings. In addition, we provide consulting in the process of designing and preparing demanding and complex interviews and offer individual coaching to further improve your skills.
